Our family had a great experience with Jess. We really felt hopeless before she came. We chose to spend 5 full days with Jess. Our 4 yr old who is on the Spectrum would not even sit on the potty seat. Jess’s energy and skills really had him feeling comfortable and calm. She is very hands on. She engaged my son in ways that made him want to cooperate. Such a big deal!
She was so kind and a pleasure to work with. Literally by day 3 he was making so many successful potty visits. Staying drier for long periods. By day 5 , he was a potty champ! He truly bonded with her. She is a pleasure to talk with. We felt listened to and understood. She comes with so much experience which puts parents at ease. Jess is so dedicated to what she does. She was always trying to find ways for everything to just click so that they can grasp this new skill. She is wonderful with all children but I highly recommend her to parents struggling with extra needs children.

Jess was incredible working with my twins (one of them has gross motor delays). After I’d tried and failed twice, Jess swooped in and had them trained in a week. I was shocked, and extremely proud of them. I only wish I’d called Jess sooner. My twins are now confident “big kids” and happily going to PreK this fall in underwear, no more pull ups. Jess was patient and positive with my kids. And she would quickly pivot when something wasn’t working. She’s a true pro. Also, she and my kids had a lot of fun together. Highly recommend!
